Answer: Yes, as long as you get the correct Hipshot extender (for your specific bass)... and installing it is REAL easy, it requires practically NO modifications. Fine-tuning DOES require some tweaking though. -

Does this Hipshot can be used on Cort Action 4 strings bass?
Answer: Most of the Cort Action 4 string basses that I have seen come with tuners that are equivalent to Gotoh that are the same size as this detuner. I expect that, yes, this detuner (Xtender) would work correctly on the Cort Action. -
