    Answer: Remove from core before washing (see hang tag and/or seam label for care instructions).

  • Question: Is the dog bed cover machine washable?

    Answer: Yes, the dog bed cover is completely machine washable and is easily removed with a two zipper design that allows access to the foam base and bolsters.
  • Question: Does the bed include the dog?

    Answer: The big bed includes the dog but it is a different color than the one pictured. You can just buy your own dog though.
  • Question: Is the memory foam, real memory foam? Is it resistant?

    Answer: I ordered memory foam and still received egg crate. Very disappointed.
  • Question: What are the three types of foam available?

    Answer: 1) The standard orthopedic foam is the egg crate foam. 2) The memory foam is approx 3 in medical grade solid foam topped with approx 1 in memory foam. Total 4 inches of foam. 3) The gel foam is approx 3 in medical grade solid foam topped with approx 1 in gel-infused memory foam. Total 4 inches of foam.
  • Question: What size should I get for a 65 lb lab?

    Answer: Honestly a jumbo XL is the best fit for your furbaby. We have a black lab that weighs 60 lbs and the jumbo is too small for her. We are greatly disappointed because it states that the jumbo would fit her perfectly for her size. Now we have to order another bed for her.
  • Question: Where is the bed manufactured and where are the materials from?

    Answer: The bed is manufactured at our warehouse in Kentucky, and our covers are sourced from China.
  • Question: Does the deluxe chaise memory foam have gel foam as well? What is the thickness?

    Answer: Sounds like those that got the egg crate ordered therapeutique and the other is a gel foam. Just be sure to order the version you want.
  • Question: Is there any way to clean the foam part? Dog peed through the removable cover.

    Answer: I wash it outside with the hose and soap, then air dry it.
  • Question: Is the medium size bed big enough for a 16lb. and an 8lb. dogs to share?

    Answer: Yes, this bed is big enough for a Great Dane.
  • Question: How can I purchase a full complete memory foam 4 inch?

    Answer: I had gotten one that was better foam than this one, but the problem with those is that the covers fit so tightly you end up ripping them and the zipper ends up breaking when trying to put covers on and off for washing. I have found that to be true with all of those.
