The lighting intensity and color (white, red, green or blue) can also be adjusted to fit personal preferences. The remote control is straightforward to use and can work with multiple lights at the same time. However, the programming instructions provided with the light are not easy to understand and may take some effort to figure out. This light is not powerful enough to support coral growth, and it may not penetrate deep enough into very tall tanks. The mounting legs and remote also come across as cheaply made. Additionally, some customers reported that they had to reset the programming settings quite often, and the unit returns to factory settings if there is a loss of power.
