The Lixit Nursing Bottle Kit is intended for hand-feeding newborn pets, including puppies, kittens, guinea pigs, ferrets, rabbits, raccoons, squirrels, and other small animals. However, many customers had difficulty with the nipples, which do not come with holes and are difficult to puncture. Some customers even had to melt holes in the nipples with a propane or butane torch. Additionally, some customers found the nipple to be too small for their puppies and had to cut off the tip to allow for milk flow. However, there were some customers who found the product to be useful, particularly for smaller animals like chihuahuas and kittens.
