LUK Complete Clutch Sets Editorial Review
The LuK 01-033 Clutch Kit has garnered a mix of feedback from customers, predominantly highlighting its quality and ease of installation, especially in various Jeep models like the YJ and Wrangler. Users have praised the smooth operation it delivers post-installation, often noting the inclusion of a clutch plate alignment tool which simplifies the installation process. Several reviewers mentioned being particularly pleased with LuK’s quality, reporting that the internal slave cylinder fit and connected easily with no leaks. However, this positive reception is dampened by some critiques regarding quality control. A few customers experienced issues with defective internal slave cylinders, which required extensive repairs including the need to pull the transmission for replacement. This has led some users to seek alternatives after frustrating experiences. Despite this, many users remarked on the overall good price point and quality of the clutch kit, and the general sentiment remains favorable among those who did not encounter defects. In summary, while the LuK 01-033 Clutch Kit has received accolades for its performance and user-friendly installation, potential issues with quality control have moderated its reception. **
