The feed processed by the machine is smooth and has moderate hardness. The temperature-change during the process is slight so the nutrition can be contained very well. 3:The practical’s diameter of the holes can be divided into: Φ2, Φ3, Φ4, Φ5, Φ6, Φ8. 4:The microorganism and parasite can be killed during the process by extrusion. Note: We suggest that high-power machines should be directly connected to the main power supply, as the voltage reaching the machine is stable. If the voltage is unstable and the current exceeds the rated current of the motor, it is easy to burn out the starting capacitor. It is recommended to directly connect to the power supply as much as possible. If the machine is not connected to the power supply, different situations may occur, and the wires are not durable. The wires will gradually burn out over time. Our machine is not equipped with a plug. The template and pressure roller are made of high-quality chrome-manganese titanium and are specially treated. The main shaft and flat mold drive the pressure roller to rotate under the action of friction. The materials are gelatinized at high temperature between the pressure roller and the template, and the protein is solidified and denatured. The particles are discharged from the mold hole under the extrusion of the pressure roller. The particles made are sent out of the machine through the throwing plate, and the length of the particles can be adjusted through the incision. This product model is a new energy-saving product. In the past, the feed was usually processed into powder and then fed, which had some defects such as inconvenient feeding, poor palatability, picky eating of livestock, and low utilization rate.
