BHA Flap Wheels Editorial Review
The BHA Aluminum Oxide Shank Mounted Flap Wheels are designed for use with a 1/4 inch collet on a die grinder, but can also fit a drill chuck and produce best results at 10000 rpm range. While they are available in various grits, the 40 grit is too coarse for polishing and needs 240 grit. They seem to wear down pretty fast, but work well for quick clean up in hard to reach places like prepping areas to weld and blending. Some customers have used them for contouring wood, but they were ordered for the shop guys that work on machinery and are only used on metal.
