  • Question: It appears this antenna has 1 connector for both bands so it has an internal duplexer?

    Answer: The radio has to have a duplex adapter the use both
  • Question: Can this antenna be used for 11 meter cb band?

    Answer: No. That antenna is used for 2 meter vhf and 70cm uhf cab is a hf band.
  • Question: Can this antenna be mounted horizontally for ssb or do i need to drill extra holes in the boom?

    Answer: Leave it the way it is. You don't need to modify it!
  • Question: Will stored size fit in suitcase?

    Answer: Video could not be loaded
  • Question: Why could this not be turned 90 degrees and used horizontally (for ssb)?

    Answer: It's for uhf and vhf not hf!
  • Question: Would this Yagi work well if mounted onto my second story apartment balcony? Please advise.

    Answer: I believe that it should work on the second-story balcony. Mine works from the ground up about eight or 10 feet high. So unless there’s a lot of interference, it should work fine.

    Answer: No. Will only work 144./430 MHz VHF/UHF
