Is it supposed to be a little difficult to get on? Or should I return it for a medium, the small matched the measurements I did but feels snug in arms
Answer: Same issue here, it was tight in the same area. Taking it off was even harder. We sized up and the body is a bit loose, but overall it's fine. -

The center belly area is shorter so depending on how it fits your dog there is 'clearance' for the boys. The gray color is a slate like medium to dark shade. -
