Are the rubber stoppers supposed to screw in to the rail?
Answer: The black rubber bungs can be pushed into the rail using the palm of your hand or a slight tap on the floor. No screws required. Then insert the wheels until you hear a click sound. The wheels are then secure. -

What is the size of the box?
Answer: The box is approximately one meter in length and about 45 cm wide. -

Can I have another set of wheels sent out as they do not attach to the rail?

Is it possible to change the wheels to a bigger size?
Answer: The rail is supplied with its own size of wheels for balance. The rail is of a high standard. -

Is there room to slide a plastic box underneath the rail?
Answer: No, the bottom rail is close to the floor. -

Can you shorten the length?
Answer: I couldn't, I did try. -

How do I disassemble this rail?
Answer: Just pull the poles out. They have clip-in slots. Press back down and pull out. -

Can I purchase height extensions for this rail?
