What makes it chew resistant?
Answer: It's a plastic-coated steel cable so it can't really be chewed through. Someone ran over mine with a lawn mower and put a minot kink in it but otherwise it was fine. If you have a big chewers I'd maybe watch so they don't damage their teeth. -

Has anyone use this with a Siberian husky or another strong breed?
Answer: I used this with my German shepherd shes about 75lbs, when she runs there's no stopping her. I found this tie-out cable to be really strong and well made, we bought it when we got our new home since we needed time to get a new fence put up for her but wanted her to still be able to run around and play outside and it worked perfectly. I also liked that the carabiners screw in for extra security. -

I see reviews about the coating pealing, it breaking And the clip being difficult. How is it?
Answer: I’ve only had mine a few weeks and it is not peeling. You have to screw the clip to close it. It is not difficult at all.
