- Delclynee hat press comes with the curved heat plate size of 6.7"x3.8" , 2 interchangeable lower cap platens (size: 6.7"x3.8", 6.7"x2.5"), fitted structured caps, and low profile caps, and many other styles hats.
- Molded silicone lower platen to reduce marked line and scorching.
- Cap strecher can be fixed up or down that allowing you to easily place the hat with both hands, secures cap and creates a smooth surface.
- Compact design but there is still enough space between where you load the hat and the base of the press, which allows you to rotate the hat and print around it while the bill still hangs down.
- Upgraded Time/Temperature Gauge: When the temperature reaches the set temperature, the machine will sound 5 beeps to remind you.
- Printing headwear can be a 360 degree decorating opportunity, but need make sure the position where heating the tag should be loaded on the center of the lower platen (not side), then will get the flatter and larger heating surface for better results.
- Need pre-printing to find the right temperature, temperature must be high enough to melt the transfer adhesive or cute the ink but not so high that it scorches marks or otherwise damages garments. This setting has the greatest effect on heat transfer success.
