Other buyers, however, have had trouble installing the support at the top of the poles and recommend contacting the manufacturer for help. The teepee has a sturdy wooden structure and a heavy canvas cover, which reportedly adds to its durability. Though the suction cups on the bottom of the mat are next to useless on carpeted floors, the tent itself is easy to clean, as the canvas material is washable. Parents have pointed out that the enclosure is too small and unstable for toddlers under 24 months, making it recommendable instead for older children around five years of age.
