Designed by FOOT MASTER engineers in 1989, this ingenious product combines the mobility of a caster, the height adjustability of a level mount, and the stability of a foot pad. The GD Series leveling caster features a robust and compact design, thanks to its thick aluminum frame. With a weight capacity of 1650 lbs (800 kg) and an overall height of 120 mm, this leveling caster is built to handle heavy-duty applications.
It offers up to 12 mm of height adjustment capability, allowing for precise and accurate level settings. Installation is a breeze with the M16 x 2.0P threaded set screw included in the package. The swivel section of the leveling caster boasts two sets of ball bearings, ensuring smooth maneuverability. To prevent scouring and ensure long-lasting performance, the bearing raceway sleeves are made from hardened steel. Moving heavy loads is made easier with the 75 mm diameter wheel, which is paired with a cold forged steel axle shaft.
Once in position, the leveling caster provides side access to an ABS thermoplastic thumbwheel. With a simple adjustment, the foot pad can be lowered, making the application completely stationary. Achieving the perfect level set, even under heavy loads, is effortless with this world-renowned leveling caster. Fine adjustments are a breeze, thanks to the caster's renowned craftsmanship.
