Remember to take straight after a reasonable sized meal, not on an empty stomach, otherwise it will do no good. Needs some fat in the food to help absorption, as turmeric is not water soluble, it is fat soluble: olive oil, coconut oil (healthiest), butter, marg, full or semi milk.
