The closed-cell surface prevents moisture absorption, making it hygienic and easy to clean. However, in heated environments or during sweaty practices, a towel may be needed to absorb moisture and prevent slipping. This mat can be broken in by practicing on it regularly or using the salt break-in method. It is non-absorbent and can be easily wiped dry, but should not be washed in a washing machine. Available in various colors and lengths.
