Answer: I'm not sure about what brush you are referring to, but the roller cover described in this Q&A is designed for epoxies, hence the name...Epoxy Glide. -

Answer: I don’t see a big issue, but the Rust-Oleum EpoxyShield kit instructions call for 3/8 nap, and I wouldn’t ‘risk’ it given the high price of the paint and labor intensive nature of the work. -

The description says 'first non-woven cover in the industry!' however, the packaging has 'woven' stamped on it. Is someone lying?
Answer: It still sheds so don't believe the hype. -

Will this work with solvent based acrylic concrete sealant?
Answer: I would think that anything with the same consistency of paint should work with this roller. -

Can this be used to apply waterborne sealer and polyurethane to original hardwood floors after sanded and prepped?
Answer: This product is only to be used to back roll into epoxy. It will not pick up/absorb a product to apply it to a surface. -
Question:
Can I use these for 1-part epoxy paint and Masonry paint for concrete floors and walls?
Answer: These rollers are made for back rolling squeegeed on 100% solids two-part epoxies, not for dipping and rolling. Short answer is... no. -
Question:
Can I use this to apply latex paint?
Answer: No, this cover is made to back roll specialty floor coatings. It will not pick up and absorb the paint to apply it to your surface. -
Question:
Is this good for 2-part urethane coat over my epoxy floor? Should I sprinkle anti-skid on the floor when rolling?
Answer: These are perfect rolling epoxy. I learned quickly when painting/export coating the floor it’s best to use them as a spreader and to even out the coat. It’s best to roll/spread a 3x3 area and then sprinkle the flakes once you have evened out the epoxy so you don’t roll over the flakes. There’s a learning curve but it’s easy to do!
