- BlueDevil Hydraulic Stop Leak is a 32 oz treatment designed to help restore flexibility to hardened, cracked, or shrunken rubber seals in hydraulic systems, helping to reduce or stop leaks from pumps, cylinders, and valves without disassembly. It works as a plasticizer that is absorbed into rubber seal material, softening and expanding it back toward its original size and flexibility as the treated fluid circulates through the system while the equipment is in operation. The recommended treatment ratio is 1 ounce of product per 1 quart of hydraulic fluid, so a full 32 oz bottle can treat up to 32 quarts; add the calculated amount directly to the hydraulic reservoir and run the equipment normally. The product is a clear, combustible liquid with a flash point of 196°F (91°C), and should be kept away from heat, sparks, and open flames, and stored in a well-ventilated area. Users should avoid skin and eye contact and wear protective gloves and eye protection when handling it.
