Callebaut Cocoa Editorial Review
Callebaut Ruby Chocolate RB2 Callets 2.5kg Bag offers a unique tasting experience with 32.8% cocoa and subtle notes of sour berry flavors. Customers have found it to create complex desserts, although blending it with certain flavors can be a learning curve. Some reviews note the chocolate's sensitivity to temperature, emphasizing the importance of shipping with cold packs. Experienced users mention its milk chocolate resemblance and creamy texture, noting that while it may not be as pronounced in flavor compared to expectations, it serves as an interesting alternative for chocolate creators, especially for candies and molded chocolates.
