- Koroneiki olives: for our now world-famous olive oil "Terra Creta PDO" We use the Koroneiki variety, which has been cultivated in Greece for over 3000 years. This small olive variety is particularly spicy and very aromatic. The result oil has a fruit aroma, a slightly peppery button, is popular with gourmets and is one of the best olive oils in the world.
