Mit einer Standardisierung von 11% gamma-Linolensäure ist dieses besonders reich an Omega-6 Fettsäuren. Nachtkerzenöl ist hier eine großartige Quelle für alle, die auf der Suche nach natürlicher gamma-Linolensäure sind.
- ESSENTIELLE FETTSÄUREN: Gamma Linolsäure (GLA) ist eine Omega-6-Fettsäure, die in pflanzlichen Ölen wie Nachtkerzenöl, Borretschöl und schwarzen Johannisbeersamenöl vorkommt. Da der Körper sie nicht selbst herstellen kann, muss sie aus der Nahrung aufgenommen werden, wo sie aber nur begrenzt vorkommt. GLA wird im Körper in Dihomo-Gamma-Linolsäure umgewandelt.
