Answer: The desk has 3 preset buttons to customize your desired heights. -

What is the weight capacity of the desk?
Answer: The desk is able to support up to 176 lbs. -

Is the desk protected against bumps and scratches?
Answer: Yes, the standing desk is protected with a sensor for detecting obstacles in the path of its movement. -
Question:
I ran the desk down to lower level, now it won’t raise. What should I do?
Answer: To fix this issue, increase the height to cross the minimum height which you set. Once you crossed it, you would be able to clear your minimum height setting as per the manual. Then your desk will work as usual. i.e AST will be cleared and current height will be displayed on the screen. -
Question:
How do you contact Fezibo if you are unable to get a response?
Answer: You can reset the desk by following these steps: Lower the desktop to its lowest position (if not, perform at the current height). Pressing on ⬇ NON-Releasing for at least 6-10 seconds UNTIL the display shifts to “E-1/rES” (then release, press again on ⬇ until the read of the lowest height is shown on the display). Pressing on S key NON-Releasing for at least 10-15 seconds UNTIL the display shifts to “FAC” (then release, press again on S key to finalize the factory reset). -

Would this desk support a 2 monitor mount on it?
Answer: Yes, it would. The desk is on the thin side, less than 1 inch, so you may need an extra ceramic stone coaster to put on the table for the vice on the arms to be able to work. -
Question:
Will this desk support a dual monitor, 32” each, arm?
Answer: Yes, it will support a dual monitor arm without any issues. -
Question:
What should I do if only one side of the desk is going up?
Answer: Make sure the connecting rod is securely in the hole for the other leg. There is a set screw on the connecting rod that may have come loose. -
Question:
What is the width from inside leg to inside leg?
Answer: For a 40” desk, it is 29” (28.75) between legs. -
Question:
Does the 55” desk wobble from typing/working when it is raised?
Answer: If you really push on it then yes a little flex to it, but it doesn’t wobble much when standing on it throughout the day. -
Question:
Does this desk have holes to add wheels?
Answer: You can replace the levelers with casters with a post of 3/8"-16X1 thread (for the 48X24 inch desk). -
Question:
What happens if the motor stops working? Is there a manual system to up and down?
Answer: There is no manual operation available. Unsure if the motor can be fixed.
