    Answer: Works with both models, The ER110 and the ER115
  • Question: Does the metal frame affect the signal?

    Answer: Not had any problems with signal or speed
  • Question: Is this compatible with sky hub 4 router (Model: sr203)?

    Answer: No, this is not for the SR203
  • Question: Can you access the power and broadband connections for the router from either side of the bracket or is one side more open than the other?

    Answer: The product holds the Q box from 3 sides. Access is dependant on which way round the item is mounted.
  • Question: Do you do this in white?

    Answer: We do have them in white
  • Question: Will this be a direct replacement for the older sky hub router?

    Answer: Works with model Model-ER115 and ER110
  • Question: Are the LEDs still visible and can the wifi connect button still be accessed?

    Answer: It depends on where the hub is located. The button is accessible.
  • Question: My router does not have the holes on the top (latest model router perhaps?). Will it still fit ok and allow access to everything front and rear?

    Answer: That should be fine. As long as it's not the Sky Q mini box and is a router you should be fine.
  • Question: Do you have to be with sky broadband to use this. as my internet is with a different provider and i need a replacement hub.

    Answer: This is a bracket to hold a sky hub broadband router not a router itself
